Rockwell guarantees it’s timepieces to be free from manufacturer defect for a period of two years from the date of purchase with a valid purchase receipt from an authorized Rockwell dealer. This warranty covers watch movement and manufacturer defects.



Exclusions: The two-year warranty is only valid when the watch is purchased from an authorized Rockwell dealer or from  rockwelltime. com. Please retain your original purchase receipt so that we can validate the purchase date and honor your warranty claim. Warranty repairs without a receipt will be subject to a service fee. The warranty will be null and void if the watch is opened or repaired by anyone other than this authorized Rockwell repair center. Not covered under this warranty are: general wear and tear including; general scratches, nicks, dents, hard scratches and abrasion on the coating of your watch, etc., dead batteries, damage resulting from contact with objects or the ground, broken crystals, broken pins or lost screws. The warranty does not cover misuse, loss, or theft. Rockwell may, at it’s sole discretion, choose to replace part or all of the watch when fulfilling a warranty claim when a reasonable repair is not possible.
